Our Elite Series of Camshafts are all manufactured by Cam Motion and are updated with a new version every time an advancement in valvetrain technology becomes available, so they're ALWAYS cutting-edge!  Although we suggest measuring for piston-to-valve clearance during ANY camshaft install, every Elite Series Camshaft is designed to fit in a stock engine & stock heads with adequate clearance unless otherwise noted. "SNS" stands for Saturday Night Special, because this camshaft is going to turn every head at the weekend cruise-ins!  The torque curve produced by the SNS torqueMAX Stage 3 is down-right insane and you’ll be blown away by the shape of the curve from this larger sized cam.  It will pull cleanly to 6800-7000rpm if need be, but shifting at 6600-6700rpm is recommended.   We strongly suggest the use of our Tick/PAC Dual Valvesprings and hardened pushrods with this camshaft (sold separately.)  Hundreds of hours were spent developing this camshaft to perform precisely the way we advertise, so as a result, changes to the LSA or any other specification of this camshaft are not available.

    I picked this cam over other large cams because of the torque this one makes where others don't. It works great in my 2004 CTS-V. Made 440/433 on a mustang dyno and pulls hard to 7000 limiter.

    I got this cam on Matt's recommendation for my 2001 ws6 (243 heads, 6spd). It pulls HARD from any rpm to my 6500 limit. I'm always getting compliments on the way it sounds and It is an all around monster on the street, I'm very happy with the cam and won't hesitate to buy from Tick Performance again. I do get a little bucking but only if i'm under like 1800ish rpms (still have stock 3.42 gears until rear end goes)

    I got this cam for my C5 Z06 Corvette, and I am so glad that I did. I always have people coming up to me and commenting to me at red lights. The torque curve on it is unbelievable. Buy this cam and you will not be disappointed.
