Since their creation, the weak factory clutch hydraulic system has plagued all of the newer GM performance oriented cars (especially the GTO). Shifting quickly at high RPM is extremely hard (in some cases even impossible) especially when using a beefy aftermarket clutch. Getting into first gear or reverse sitting still is sometimes a chore! GTO adjustable clutch master cylinder
This is the go to fix for the GTO shifting issues. It is in a tight spot but a little patience goes a long way. After a easy bleed with the speed bleeder and a couple test drives and adjustments it became a pleasure to row through the gears.

Changed my life!!!
The Tick Master Cylinder for my 04 GTO w T56 completely changed my life! Hot new girl friend, pay raise, I won the Lotto (well a $10 scratch off)! If someone had told me ahead of time how dramatic a difference this Tick MC would be I would not have believed them, it’s stunning! It’s as if I have a completely different car now. By far the best $314 I’ve ever spent on ANY car, mod or part! Yes it was a PIA to install the first time, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! Just do it already!!!!

Master cylinder
Pain in the ass to do on the fire wall but once done and fully adjusted the improvements are night and day. Car shifts smoother now and the firmness is a bonus. Awesome product.
