PCMforless now has a transmission cooler kit that can significantly improve performance and extend transmission life. Wear is reduced when transmission oil temperatures are kept to a minimum. This kit uses a high efficiency stacked plate heat exchanger, and requires no cutting to the vehicles cooler lines and only very minor modification otherwise. The quality of this product insures you have a quick professional looking install. This kit is offered in three versions, with Stainless Steel Braided Lines, Black Braided Lines, and Rubber Lines. The rubber lines are good for 250psi working and 1000psi burst. The rubber lines are factory looking in appearance for those who want a discrete install. This kit comes with rubber lines.

Great kit, easy install, spend the extra for braided
Very easy to install kit. I 9ordered the rubber hoses and kept having leaks. PCMofNC has excellent customer service, giving me tips and tricks to fix the problem. Got frustrated and ordered the braided lines which were so much easier to install. Save yourself the headache and spend the extra $$. I'm seeing 20-35° drop in trans temps which is awesome!! It's gonna need it towing my 5000lb travel trailer.

Excellent kit!
This kit has everything you need for installation on the TBSS. I did find that the written instructions are lacking in some areas but there is a good 2 part video on YouTube that really helps. I did find that I did not need to trim my inner plastic fender liner after the unit was mounted and plumbed. I bought this kit to help keep the stock tranny as cool as possible for towing a 4 place ATV trailer. You could purchase cheaper coolers but it wouldn't be specific for TBSS. Remember- you do get what you pay for.
