The Moore HP team said they decided to take their cars out of hibernation this past weekend for a cruise and a race. It's a father-son duo with matching Camaros, dad, Jeff Moore, in a first-gen and son, Chris, in a 4th-gen. Chris took home the win at Shady Side and a $700 check. Congrats guys!

TeamTick member Jimmy Hull battled in the Stick Shift Nationals presented by Clemmons Concrete and Greg Butcher Trucking race at Piedmont Dragway. He had bad luck in the first round but bounced back with a win in his second-chance race. In the finals, Jimmy and his "Shagnasty" Plymouth blasted off a .079 RT to run a too-quick 6.57 ET off a 6.58 dial. That put him runner-up to Brandon White's .071 RT and 6.30 ET off a 6.34 dial run. Hull took home $5,000. 

Justin Peachy won the Super Late Model class at the first Muscle on the Mountain, sponsored by Viking Performance at the UMI Motorsports Park. His best lap was a 56.076 in his '07 Corvette, narrowly beating out Garry Walsh, who laid down a 56.563. 

#Teamtick member Doug Nejdl and his son tackled @sickthemagazine #SickSummer for the first time this year! They averaged 10.40 throughout the event, hitting 9s in 3 out of 5 tracks they ran!

Our General Manager, Eli Walton, took his LS-swapped S10 to a 4th-place finish, qualifying him for King of the Mountain, the yearly invite-only shootout at UMI Motorsports Park. He plans to attend King of the Mountain.
