Genuine GM Tapered Camshaft Retainer Plate, also known as Camshaft Thrust Plate, solid type. This is the revised camshaft retainer plate that uses the recessed torx bolts instead of the old hex head bolts, so if you've got the older style bolts, you'll need to order four (4) of the GM 11561455 bolts to go with this plate.

These Chevrolet Performance Parts camshaft retainer plates are designed to fit behind the front cover and act as a seal for the front oil passages that feed oil to the lifters, cam, and main bearings. They feature a specially designed orange O-ring seal to keep oil sealed in. The plates support greater cam loads.
