Tick Performance proudly presents our .650" Lift Dual Valve Spring Kit for all GEN 2 LT1 & LT4 Engines, featuring only the finest components and assembled here in-house!  This high quality setup features the following components:

  • 16x PAC Racing #1904 Dual Valve Springs rated to .650" Lift
  • 16x Lightweight Titanium Retainers
  • 16x Spring Locators for .565" Guides  
  • 16x Valve Locks
  • 16x Valve Stem Seals

One of our favorite aspects of this kit is that the Titanium retainers are the lightest available for GEN 2 LT1 & LT4 dual springs, weighing in at 8.5 grams, or 11 grams with locks.

 

*IMPORTANT NOTES*

  • This spring kit is not for use with factory, stock GM rocker arms.
  • This kit will not work with iron LT heads which came on B-Body vehicles without machine work.
  • This kit is designed to work with aluminum LT based cylinder heads from F-body and C4 corvettes ranging from 1992-1997.
  • Scorpion Self Aligning Rockers will not work

To maximize lift capability and achieve the desired installed height, the included hardware moves the retainer up in relation to the tip of the valve in comparison to stock. If you will be using ‘self-aligning’ rocker arms, YOU MUST VERIFY THE TIP OF THE ROCKER ARM DOES NOT COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE RETAINER ITSELF! It must have a minimal amount of clearance. If the part of the rocker arm that keeps it ‘self-aligned’ comes into contact with the retainer before the roller tip comes into contact with the tip of the valve stem, damage to your engine could occur!! We have verified that Comp Cams Ultra Pro Magnum rocker arms with the self-aligning feature will work without issue on an un-modified GM cylinder head with stock valves, but we aren’t able to verify ever possible rocker or valve option so it is up to you to determine if your rockers will fit properly. Grinding of the valve tip during a valve job can also reduce the clearance required! All rockers that are NOT self-aligning by design will work fine with the use of proper guide plates. We recommend non self-aligning rocker arms for anyone who plans to rev their engine over 6500 RPM’s also.
